Objective:-
» Increasing income and nutrition through adoption of economically viable integrated farming system
   models and technologies.
» Capacity building for livelihood security through entrepreneurship development and knowledge
   empowerment.
» Integrated Nutrient and Water Management.
» Organizing farmers' clusters into Farmers Business Centres with self help principles under a Producer
   Marketing Company.

Outcomes:-
» Increased production and income (Doubling) of 13201 farm families in 50 villages in 4 districts namely
   Udaipur, Banswara, Dungarpur and Sirohi.
» Of the 4500 rural youth receiving vocational training, 1500 will establish their enterprise in villages.
» Reduction in post harvest losses (10%)
» Livestock productivity enhancement (10%)
» Increase in per capita availability of food grains by 50 per cent.
» Improvement in groundwater and soil health
» Around the year on farm and off farm employment. Generation of additional work of 6.5 lakh man days
   will help increase family income.
» Reduced migration of poor farm families to other states in search of job during off season
» Significant improvement in the nutritional status, particularly among women and children.
»
Improved standard of living.
» Ten Rural Technology Centres established will promote knowledge empowerment and entrepreneurship
   development.
» 160 Farmer Producer Groups, covering 4,000 farmers, established and federated into Producer
   Company, which will ensure 50% more income.
» Small Producers Agribusiness Resource Center (SPARC) will enable farmers to get better price for their
   produce.
» At least three private sector partners in agribusiness linked with the project
» Credit off-take is doubled, ensuring credit access to small farmers
» Economic empowerment due to production of value added items, which have longer shelf life.
» Farm Fresh Outlet will enable in insulting farmers from price fluctuations and help realize atleast 20 %
   higher income for their produce by cutting down intermediaries.
» Linking farmers with Tomato Processing Unit of the University will help farmers get higher prices for
   their produce.
» Post project sustainability by creation of Sustainability Fund of Rs. 2.08 crore from farmer’s
   contribution.
