Service delivery mechanism:- Families would be enrolled after ‘informed
consent’ by them. Services mean inputs by subject matter specialists as well as
material inputs required for successful interventions. Responsibility of service
delivery is with concerned consortium partners. Team of technical and extension
officers at each cluster will be responsible for providing timely necessary
inputs. Material would be procured from competent supplier following NAIP
procurement procedures. All material would be taken to cluster offices and
participants are expected to take it from cluster office with due completion of
documentation. Cluster team is also responsible for maintaining necessary
documentation.
It is planned to develop primary groups of
participants having similar project interventions
such as group of farmers, of livestock keepers (Gopalak Sangh) and
group of farmers having orchards (Wadi tukadi). During
first year of the project, representatives of
these primary groups would be involved in distribution
of material. Cluster level committee would be formalized comprising
representatives of primary groups. Next year this committee would be involved not only in material distribution but also in procurement process.
Following principles would be observed in the process of service delivery:-
